Delivery within Saudi Arabia
- The available shipping options and their cost are shown at checkout, before you pay.
- Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping company.
- Please enter your address and mobile number accurately, as a mistake in these details can delay your order or prevent its delivery.
- You can follow your order's status from your account in the store after you sign in.
Orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia
- Orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia may be subject to customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country under its own rules. You pay these charges, and they are not included in the order price or the shipping fee.
- An order shipped outside Saudi Arabia can't be exchanged or returned, so please check the measurements and item description before you place your order.
Shipping for returns and exchanges
- Returns: The fee is 40 in total and covers both waybills, with no shipping fee added on top.
- Exchanges (size or item): A fee of 25 applies.
- Defective or wrong item: Once your case is approved, no exchange, return or shipping fees are charged.
