Every result is preliminary; our customer service team confirms it after reviewing the request and the item.
Return
- Within 2 days of delivery.
- Fee: 40 in total (covers both waybills, no extra shipping fee).
- The item must be unworn, with its tags attached.
- The amount is refunded to the same payment method.
Size or item exchange
- Within 7 days of delivery.
- A fee of 25 applies.
- The team confirms the alternative is available.
- Any price difference is reviewed.
- Same condition (the item must be unworn, with its tags attached).
Defective or wrong item
- Within 2 days of delivery.
- No fee (SAR 0).
- Send your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- No fees once approved.
Order cancellation
- Before the order status is "Ready".
- Fees depend on the order status.
- No cancellation after "Ready".
- Submitting a request does not mean it is accepted automatically.
International orders
- An order shipped outside Saudi Arabia can't be exchanged or returned.
- Check the measurements and item description before placing an international order.
