Terms & Conditions

This page sets out the terms and conditions that govern your use of the GAFWA store and your purchases from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, so we recommend reading them before you place your order.

About the store

GAFWA is a Saudi online store for women's pajamas, running on the Salla platform at gafwa.com, and registered in the Commercial Register under No. 7041321022. Wherever "the store" or "we" appears on this page, it means GAFWA, and "you" means anyone who uses the store or buys from it.

Your account and use of the store

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have reached the legal age, or that the order is placed with a guardian's consent.
  • You agree to enter accurate, up-to-date details, including your name, mobile number and delivery address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in details private, and for the orders placed through your account.
  • You agree to use the store for lawful purposes only, without misusing it or trying to harm it or its systems.

Products and photos

  • We make every effort for each pajama set's page to show photos and a description that present it accurately.
  • An item's colour may differ slightly from the photos, depending on your screen settings and the lighting of the photos.
  • Each pajama set's page shows the sizes available for it.

Prices

  • Prices are in Saudi currency (SAR), as shown in the store.
  • Your order's final amount is shown at checkout before you pay, together with the shipping cost and VAT if it applies, as calculated by the Salla platform.
  • If you choose to view prices in another currency, the amount that counts is the one shown at checkout.
  • If a price is shown incorrectly because of a technical error or a data-entry error, we will contact you before your order is prepared, and you may complete it at the correct price or cancel it and have the full amount refunded to the same payment method.

Orders and availability

  • Every order is subject to the products being available.
  • If an item can't be supplied after you place your order, we will contact you to let you know, and its amount is refunded to the same payment method.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if the order details contain an error that can't be corrected, and the amount paid is refunded in full to the same payment method.
  • You can follow your order's status from your account in the store after you sign in.

Payment

Payments are made through the Salla platform and payment service providers, and the available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your card details are processed directly by the payment providers, and we do not keep them in our store.

Shipping and delivery

The available shipping options and their cost are shown at checkout, and delivery time depends on your location and the shipping company. You are responsible for the accuracy of your address and mobile number. Customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country on orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia are paid by you. Exchanges, returns and cancellations

Exchange, return and cancellation requests are subject to the time limits, fees and conditions on the Exchanges & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Privacy

We handle your personal data under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The GAFWA name and logo, and the store's photos, texts and design, are owned by GAFWA or used with their owners' permission. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the store running without interruption and its information accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as issues with shipping companies or technical service outages. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law. We aim to settle any disagreement amicably, with you contacting us first. If that is not possible, the competent judicial authorities in Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the updated version is published on this page. Each order is subject to the terms published at the time it was placed.
